Filing of Articles of Incorporation or LLC Articles of Organization with California Secretary of State. Request Federal Tax ID. Set-up accounts with EDD, State Board of Equalization, as requested.
Package includes standard processing time, which may vary depending on California Secretary of State. Next day formation available upon request for additional fees.
